Recognition

* Greene's Readers Theater play Humpty Dumpty Goes to the Beach was performed by the middle school ESL class for the Sioux City Summer School's "Books on the Beach" celebration.
*Randal Eldon Greene graduated from the University of South Dakota with a B.A. in English and Anthropology, class of 2011.
* Greene received the Senior Achievement Award, which honors graduating English majors whose GPAs meet the criteria set by Sigma Tau Delta, The International English Honor Society, upon graduation.
* 3rd place winner of the Vermillion Literary Project's March 2011official Poetry Slam.
* R.E. Greene won second place in the VLP Short Story Contest for his story Things That Fall.
